okay mascara, depends on whether they blush and eyeliner mixes well with the possible exception of holidays and weekends, and not for the school.
depends on how they are, but I'm pretty sure that 13 years is still in high school, which is used a bit young for this kind of make-up, at least in my opinion.
I think the make-up, fine, but that's another thing I think I hate every TBH
I would say, not at the base, appears to be inappropriate and contribute to the sexualization of children.
