How do you send a text to a Cellular South customer using your email? - cellular pos

I have AT & T. People enables text to and from your e-mail. My phone is not currently able to check (B / C is a point of sale). How do I send an e-mail on the phone to someone (a network in the south) ... or you can do this?

Ex: 1234567890@txt.att.net

It is a kind of what I'm looking for, but only on the cellular network instead of att the south.
