It depends on what part of the brain is in the blood, but the answer is clearly yes, especially if your personality in the frontal lobes, but it could be anywhere. Hormones are also controlled by the brain and if the bleeding, put pressure on a surface that causes excessive secretion of adrenaline and other hormones, which they would be aggressive, it also can make.

Sudden onset of irritability, impulsivity or poor temper control is a symptom of ruptured cerebral aneurysm.
Subarachnoid hemorrhage is sudden bleeding into the subarachnoid space. The most common cause of spontaneous bleeding is an aneurysm. Symptoms include severe headache, often with loss or alteration of consciousness. Vasospasm secondary (cause) of focal cerebral ischaemia, hydrocephalus, and meninges (as headache and fatigue) is widespread. Diagnosis is by CT or MRI when imaging is normal, the diagnosis is by CSF analysis. Treatment consists of support and measures of endovascular neurosurgery or, preferably, in a reference.
Consult a neurologist.

Before the incident, he was a happy man, working hard, but then became violent towards his family and friends, to the point where his wife has left him fearing for their children. I think it has something to do with the trauma of the frontal lobe? something ..... In any case, yes, I know that may seem, and that, in certain situations very seriously. I take this person to a psychologist to confirm that, so you decide what to do for the future.

Good luck, I know how difficult it can be when the changes in a person's personality, ...
